WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In‑store pickup is available for all orders. Pickups are available during opening hours Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 4:00pm.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Please do not attend before receiving confirmation. Proof of order may be required on collection. Orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on prescription requirements and workload. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect information provided. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
