RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at __________ to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and return it to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Prescription glasses and lenses (including reglazing services)
- Items adjusted or modified to customer specifications
- Custom or made-to-order products

- Prescription and custom-made items (including reglazing services) are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly made.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring correct prescription details are provided at the time of order.
- We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from incorrect or outdated prescriptions supplied by the customer.
- Returned items must be securely packaged. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
